MEDIA CREDENTIALS FORM

All media request must be applied prior to the tournament. There will be 2 levels of media media credential access, "1" and "2"
The different levels are:
"1" level will gain full access- locker room access, baseline, hallway, and interviews will all be granted.
"2" level will gain floor access, baseline, and sideline access will be granted; however, media pass must be purchased.
* If you are granted media access you have to promote on social media platforms two-three weeks before the event. If you are granted access information and purchase link will be sent over email.
IF THE INFORMATION BELOW IS NOT FILLED OUT COMPLETELY, THE REQUEST WILL BE REJECTED.
